Nikole Zogg, PhD, MPH

District Director

Dr. Nikki Zogg was named Director of Southwest District Health (SWDH) in 2015. Her public health career began in 1998 while serving in the U.S. Air Force. After leaving the U.S. Air Force, she managed public health programs for local health departments and worked as a regional manager on healthcare transformation before assuming her current role. Nikki holds a public health doctorate degree from Walden University, master degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, School of Public Health and Health Sciences, and an undergraduate degree from Boise State University. Josh Campbell

Clinic Services Division Administrator

Josh Campbell is a graduate of Weiser High School and completed a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Literature and Theology with a minor in Intercultural Studies from Multnomah University in Portland, Oregon. Following this, Josh worked for a faith-based NGO training medics and midwives to work in developing countries. After being overseas and then working with refugees in Boise for a few years, Josh completed a master’s degree in Public Health at Idaho State University. Josh spent the last 7 years as Director of Operations for Genesis Community Health, a faith-based non-profit that provides medical, dental, and mental healthcare at no charge to those who are uninsured and lower-income. In addition, Josh has experience working in fundraising and cancer control for the American Cancer Society, has served as the Chair for the Idaho Association of Free and Charitable Clinics, is the current Chair of the Idaho Community Health Workers Association and has been an adjunct instructor for CHW courses at ISU. Josh and his wife have three great kids. In his free time, he enjoys reading historical fiction, spending time with friends and family, and exploring the great outdoors of Idaho hunting or on a mountain bike.

 

Doug Doney

General Support Services Division Administrator

Doug has a diverse background, working in Federal, State, County, and Local Government over the last 38 years. Doug’s responsibilities as the Administrator for General Support includes oversite of all Facility and Contractor Services, Information Technology, Human Resources, and the Accounting/Financial/Purchasing areas of our agency. Doug holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Management and Organizational Leadership through George Fox University, and is a graduate of the Certified Public Manager program. Jaime Aanensen

Environmental and Community Health Services Division Administrator

Jaime Aanensen, MHS, MCHES®, CPM is the Environmental and Community Health (ECH) Division Administrator for Southwest District Health.  Jaime has a background managing public health programs for state and local public health agencies and started working at SWDH in August 2019. ECH programs include restaurant inspections, subsurface sewage disposal, solid waste, pool inspections, child care inspections, epidemiological investigations, public health preparedness and response, and community health. Jaime holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Health Promotion and Athletic Training from Boise State University. She earned a Master of Health Science degree with a Health Policy emphasis from Boise State University and is a graduate of the Idaho Certified Public Manager Program® (CPM).
